Dr. Geach, our skilled prosthodontist, completed four years of dental school and then took an additional two to three years of specialty training. Why is regular dental check-up important?

Regular dental check-ups are crucial for maintaining good oral health. During these visits, our experienced dentist will thoroughly examine your teeth, gums, and mouth to detect any signs of dental issues early on. By identifying and treating problems at an early stage, we can prevent them from progressing into more complex and costly conditions.

How often should I have my teeth cleaned?

Professional teeth cleaning, also known as dental prophylaxis, is recommended every six months for most patients. However, the frequency may vary depending on your oral health needs. Our dental hygienists will assess your oral condition and recommend the appropriate cleaning schedule to keep your teeth and gums healthy and free from plaque and tartar buildup.

What are dental crowns and when are they necessary?

Dental crowns are custom-made tooth-shaped caps that are placed over a damaged or weakened tooth to restore its strength, shape, and function. They are typically recommended when a tooth has extensive decay, fracture, or after a root canal treatment. Dental crowns provide long-lasting protection, improve aesthetics, and allow you to bite and chew comfortably.
